I have chronic insomnia and I take Xanax for sleep. What do you have to replace Xanax that you would recommend for sleep

Klonopin.... weed won't help Xanax withdrawal trust me. My husband was addicted to Xanax... Until he died. Try to wean off with Klonopin then Ativan then eventually Atarax....Atarax is not habit forming and it helps anxiety.
