you can buy that at tour local tobacco/head shop now a days. It is effective. The dispensary down in belmawr seems to have everything....love Harmony but it's bud only there rite now.
I'm pretty sure they only sell the cannabis itself, flowers or pre-ground.
they do not sell CBD products, this is a dispensary for medical marijuana only. CBD products are fully legal and can be purchased online in many places or at pretty much any vape shop or head shop
