Easy. Take Light Rail to hoboken, take train from terminal to Secaucus Junction and you can walk about 15 min, take uber, or bus to Harmony. Bus 124, 78, or 329 to Meadowlands Parkway. Bus drops u off right in front.
I'd suggest an uber if you can afford it. Buses and taxis are expensive and you'd have to take multiple and do some walking. Shy of that, a friend or relative. It's in a factorial area, and kind of out of the way. I'm sorry it's not much help, but I had the same problem, I live in Sussex.
My son took an Uber from Hoboken to Harmony. Uber waited. He was in and out in less then 10 minutes. Price for Uber wasn't that bad. Harmony is right off of RT. 495 and Meadowlands. Easy to get to.

Maybe you can do an Uber ride-share, it's cheaper than if you order a private ride. Sometimes, you ride without anyone else and still pay only for a ride-share. Harmony dispensary is the easiest to find and the quality of all their products are superb! 'My personal favorite dispensary, it's totally worth the ride! The staff are so down-to-earth, it's a good place. Maybe you can find a ride-share buddy for future trips. Be well.
