If i do not get a chance to make it can I get a refund

Non-refundable but they will allow you to visit on a different day as long as you give them a heads-up....

Tours are non-refundable but we do let you credit your tour to your rescheduled date if you call us in advance to let us know that you won't be able to make it.

No refund but they will schedule you for another day
