They are a buffet only. They have take out off the buffet. Fred's have daily specials,but there is a set menu as well. Tuesday I went and it was meatloaf and chicken and dumplings, and ribs that were standard Tuesday. They had pulled pork special and a few others. If you like southern food, you will find something.
They do take out, but I'm not sure if they have an online menu available.
