I heard Fred's Market is open at 6:30am. Is this true? Cause I would really love a southern breakfast every morning. I miss grits so so bad! Especially cheese grits! And sausage and gravy, if you do that.

The one in plant City has a fantastic breakfast spread grits biscuts gravy sausage way to much to mention definitely stop and get you some grits enjoy !

Sorry cant I have never ate there for breakfast but I've been there for lunch and dinner it's incredible

The freds in Riverview i believe opens at 7am, the buffet is awesome all your southern favorites
