Super strict! Gloves for the line EACH time you go up! Not like some other places that give you gloves you hold and reuse. Hand washing station when you enter, and sanitizing stations at each end of the line as well.

They installed a sink up front and make you wash your hands before seating and you have to wear the provided disposable gloves when getting your food
