Too many bring in water bottles and try to fill them at the Drink fountain, it is better to put them away before walking into the restaurant...
A lot of restaurants have rules about not bringing in anything not bought at their establishment. Only way to know is to ask. If the servers don't know, ask the manager.
Maybe there's a town ordance, worried it might contain alcohol, especially if the seal was broken, had it been previous open?
