Why is it that your place is invested with rats. The manager going to tell the insurance company after you guys told me to make a claim that there was now water damage. So if your unites are climate controlled how is that possible?

I personally know ppl who work there and I don't believe that wld be ok w that staff! The place is very clean and well ran.
