I do believe they do make their pasta by hand each day.
They do have homemade pastas. I have not seen manicotti on the menu but it changes.
Kathy our pasta is all homemade expect for our orecchiette and pennoni on our Sunday Gravy. These two pastas are made by a small Italian importer called Sogno Toscano. We do not have manicotti on the menu currently.
