I've been using it for my 2015 Mercedes GLK 350 and it does a great job! I was worried at first, also, but I haven't had any issues.
I have had no issues with the quality or any concerns about damages to car finish.

This is a really great carwash with helpful employees. I'd say it does a better job than any other around. It is safe. We take our brand new vehicle through multiple times per week with no damage or issues. Excellent vacuums here too.

They use soft brushes, never had any issues best car wash I have ever been to .
