Calvert Animal Hospital on Skinner's turn Road in Owings Maryland is a great place. I took my dog's there because the vet I like works there part- time and Annapolis part-time. It would seem to me that checking for a heart murmur would be just part of the routine check-up. That's how they found my Randy's heart murmur. For prices I would always recommend calling them directly. They are reasonably priced I think. I know several people who switched from one local vets office to them and have all been happy.
