After living here for decades, I finally got a library card. Best decision I've made in a really long time. Since the Fairview Branch is closest to my home, that's the branch I use. The staff is so helpful and nice. I usually search for what I want online (I often use their online services to check out e-books, which is great), and put holds on books I'm interested in. On my first visit, it was pouring rain and I hadn't thought to bring anything to protect my book from water damage. I asked for a bag, and was expecting a plastic shopping bag or perhaps a paper bag. Nope! I was given a cute canvass tote which has become my "book bag" that I use to carry books for return and to take home after check out. This library is the best!
