Pricing depends on various things such as day off the week, time of day and time of year. I'm currently planning a wedding and Prince George's county residents get a discount. I believe Montgomery county residents may get one too. There is a $50 app fee. Security deposit is $750 for one block of time. I'm renting for the full day, so the deposit is $1500 (double). Just to give you a better idea of the cost, my wedding will be in October, in the garden and it's running about $12k. Call for pricing and they are willing to work with you on the deposit. They were very helpful.
