I am trying to get an appointmnet to get new SSN but No one in the office is responding where as SSN office at other locations are responding but they say, you have to reach Local SSN office. How can I get an appointment with them

You might as well wait until COVID is over because I been trying for the last 3 months to obtain an in person appointment and they hang up on me every time i ask for In person.
