If you are hiring someone to take your photo, then you can't use the grounds, however if you are taking the photos yourself or have a family member or friend taking them then no. I had this same issue and called and the ranger told me that basically if you are paying someone or being paid then it is considered for a commercial use. The National parks do not allow photography that is not being taken for personal use.
You actually have to have a permit to do the photoshoot on the manor grounds. There is a sign that states it as you pull into the parking area. Regular photography is allowed for site seeing
