Yes they do. Be detailed with your party size and reservation time. Arrive on time or early if you can. They will void your reservation if more than 5 minutes late.

Yes they recommend for large groups to have a reservation. I tried it for smaller groups to not have to wait during their busy lunch hour with mixed results. Mostly they will politely ask you to come and wait for a table. Sometimes even with a reservation you will have to wait
