Farragut west and then if you are up for a walk simply head south towards the river.
Farragut West (exit 17th street) then catch the 80 bus going towards Kennedy Ctr.
I saw the 80 bus to Fort Totten go past but im not sure where the bus stop is.
I honestly don't know. Chk google maps and choose transit as mode of travel.
