Yes they allow bringing your own kayak but i am not sure if there's a fee or not.
I believe they will allow it as they have a few racks filled with personal kayaks

Yeah I saw that on the site. It's just that I have my own kayak and I don't necessarily need to rent one unless nearby parking is more expensive than the rental price
