Occasionally they clear out the dining room to make it a dance floor but this is not the case everyday. I've only seen it done for bar crawls, but they may do it on other nights as well.
No they dont, but they do have a wonderland upside down museum inside...it is AMAZING! You will get some great photos and memories. Goodle Madhattet DC Upside down room. I went late night, if drinking much, always xlose out your tab at the bar...some bartenders tend to add extra drinks onto tabs where they know the person drinking is not paying attention or askingnfor anrynning tab after every drink.
