Is there anyone available during business hours to answer the phone? For the last three days I have been calling, it is always the machine regardless of the hour I call?

I also always get through. I hate to ask, but are you sure you're dialing the right number? TVC is the best vet around.

I almost never get a voicemail. Someone almost always answers. They do rock and are worth trying to get through to!

Thats odd. I generally get a live person whenever I call.
