I was told some do that become your paying to be placed on there, but it will only hold you on the list for so long..... and they know pretty much no units will become available, so no doubt you will have to pay again to remain on there (not sure how accurate but that’s what I was told) ....So I would say always ask, to see how long will you remain on the waiting list from that point.... and it’s also non-refundable.
you are not paying to be on the waiting list you are actually paying the application fee so that if there is only one person or one person and a child the application process will be done only thing you have to provide is your pay check information
