I need to avict someone from my home who I gave 30 days to on the 21st of February and they came back telling me that I was going to have to avict them and that the process takes 45 days and I do not want it to take that long. What should I do?

Just so you know it's a lot quicker and a lot cheaper if somebody's telling them that you'll have to evict them just go and pay like 25 or $35 and just get a restraining order on them which is a loophole that I found out about when I was trying to have someone evicted because it cost can cost up to $500 to get someone evicted but you can get a restraining order for very very cheap and it is done within like you know 24-hour and the police will come and escort them out of your house. Just a little side note, it's a whole lot cheaper than an eviction and all the paperwork

Eviction does not take 45 days. Go file the eviction and they have 3 days to respond to the court then 24 hours notice to vacate by sheriff's department.
