From when can I use the pavilions to what time. Do U need to have it posted on board or can I just state that your going to use them and have the people sitting there leave.

Unless u have a reservation, its first come first serve. Usually ppl don't have to make reservations for b-day parties or anything since they just go out there and pick one thats open. I believe their open from sunrise to sunset.
