Why do the salads have less in the salad and cost more? And the lettuce is not thoroughly clean?

Basically, we now have to lower our expectations and standards for less and quality AND cleanliness.

I get the salads all the time and haven't had an issue. I would contact the store manager, Dion's strives to please and they will make it right. No one is perfect, so maybe you're experience was just them off there game(?) I worked in restaurants, most if the cost is in labor and overhead, and salads can actually cost more than pizzas in the food industry. Never understood that either..

I don't really go for a salad and I'm in Santa Fe. I've shared one with my girlfriend and I thought it was great. But I really go for the pizza.
