In my experience, parking here is super, super fast. Usually, the shuttle to the airport is at my car before I have my bag out of my car. You can't park and get to the airport any faster than here. The price of parking here is also very affordable.

Couldn't agree more.... it seemed like less than 10 min from the time we parked until we were at the airport.

Chantel's comment is accurate. The parking lot on Nursery Road is approx 2 miles from the airport.
I would allot about 20 minutes from when you arrive to the parking to to when you get dropped off at the airport. This would include being directed to parking, waiting for the shuttle, and travel to Departures. I've only had a few times where a shuttle has not been ready to pick me up. They usually kind of follow you.
