I found what looks like a two or three week old kitten outside mother unknown and she's very sick left eye infection and scared I can't keep her due to two dogs and wanna know what I should do

Call Faithful Friends. I don't know if they r taking in anymore cats. But maybe if the cat is sick.

You can save it's life by taking it IMMEDIATELY to your VET! If they are closed go to the nearest Pet Emergency facility NOW!! Wrap it in a warm fleecy blanket or flannel (not a scratchy towel) to keep it's body temperature up. DO this IMMEDIATELY - DON'T WAIT. YOU CAN NOT SAVE THIS BABY AT HOME!! Saving or caring for kittens is extremely time-intensive & you need to know what you're doing in order to save them. They need to eat at the minimum every 2 hrs. or MORE at that age to start, not to mention the other things that go along with their care. RAW Goat's milk from a teeny kitten bottle is usually a good substitute as mother's milk for most abandoned mammals until they can be rushed to a critical care center. Pet stores also sell powdered KMH Kitten Formula that can be mixed up if the former isn't readily available.
