I have a stray female cat someone dropped off in my neighborhood last year, she just had 4 kittens..Is there a program that will fix her? She hangs around my house because I have a male cat My cat is fixed..I just don't want a yard full of kittens..

The state has a program that gives u a voucher to get animals fixed.
