Can family go into the airport if they are not flying?

Before going through security they have an observation deck with climbing things for kids. My girls like going there just to play and see the planes. They also have a free places outside security to eat (Dunkin, Pie Five, etc). So, it can be fun for one to two hours for little kids.

Exactly as Janice Temple explained. You can go in; but, you can't go past security without a boarding pass and Id or passport.
