I'm not for sure if BWI operates as Hartsfield Jackson in ATL, but I went to the claims department. They gave me a form to submit of the missing items. I would start there first if not call corporate office. I hope this is helpful.
Contact department the staff works in or the BWI AIRPORT,AUTHORITIES to file report/claim
Put in a claim...the sooner the better..
I lost a head phone charger, honestly it's less of a headache to just buy a new one. Since if it's something not in the luggage. Not sure how a staff member lost your item? Why did you give said item to the staff member?.
