It's called MARC,
The light rail is running southbound from Camden yards to Cromwell and Bwi airport. To go northbound you have to get on the shuttle bus at Camden yards to North Avenue.
I'm not quite sure bcus I drive to work but you should be able to catch the light rail at the Patapsco station
