Hello Takoma Park Police;
The Takoma Park Presbyterian Church owns property next to my Mother's in West Virginia. The church trespasses and harasses my 84 year old Mom with 4-wheel vehicles. Can you help/ suggest ?

Obviously I cant answer that for the takoma park police department but you should refer to the local police department there because a MD police department doesnt have jurisdiction in WV
