I'm a registered republican and get no mail-in ballot and no sample ballots in the mail. there are registered democrats (2) in my household who routinely get their"s. so, my question is "WHY". are republicans being discriminated against ?

I would call Baltimore City elections, I have found them very responsive. You can also go online to check the status of your mail in ballot https://voterservices.elections.maryland.gov/VoterSearch It may be that you requested to print your ballot instead of having it mailed.

Lol idk dude the governor is a republican so I just don't think he's discriminating against you 🤷‍♂️ also your party doesn't even matter for the general election. My guess is you got confused about how to request a ballot.
