I always suggest that people go to another restaurant other than this chili's. It's their lack of management that makes this place horrible.

Hello there I don't know if the Chili's are individually owned or if they're franchised. But my best recommendation is to Google them online and then look for the district manager and call them. I had a problem with them in the past and I had to call the district manager. happy problem solvin.
I had an issue once with my order. I voiced it to the worker and asked for the manager on duty. The manger came over and assisted me, apologized and fixed my order. In addition she even discounted my bill due to their error. I was very pleased how things were resolved so, I would recommend asking for the manager on duty.
