This place books appointments for 9:30 AM and let's your dog sit in a cage till 3:30PM Before doing anything to them. I booked several months to give them the benefit of the doubt and everything my Maltese was kept till 3:00PM. Asked an associate this last time if they took them out to relieve themselves if they ran over getting them done, his reply was we don't do that. This is Animal cruelty for one and secondly just not right. I asked why they booked at 9:30 and not groom until late in the day? He responded that they have to take them in order off the book. Well mine was second for that day and booked a month in advance!!! Go figure that logic.🤨🤨 STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Please do not take your pups here, for their sake trust my review. We took our shih tzu and Pomeranian there, shih tzu came back looking like a cue tip because they didn’t touch his head or face and buzzed his body (picture attached) and came back with a limp (which was recognized at pickup). The Pomeranian seems to have not even been groomed at all (not even a sani cut) but we sure got charged for her. So in the end we got a terrible cut, absolutely no cut (which lead to us pay for a correct cut elsewhere), and a hefty vet bill for a months worth of pain medicine and anti inflammatory medicine due to an injury to our pups leg. We thought this might be a one off experience, but after talking to others around Oceanway that have taken their pets there, they shared the same experience. I’m really not sure how they’ve gotten the good reviews that they have.

Tried for over a month to get an appointment here got a call back after a week, then went another 3 weeks without a call back so I called them talk to another person said they would call back to set an appointment got a text message the next day no call backs. Needless to say I have to find another place to go to, these people do not care about any kind of customer service or callbacks evidently they have enough regulars they don't care about new customers.
