They have some excuse about why they don't answer phones. You are going to have to go there
Lauren Cameron I experienced the same thing. As a professional and oprerable business, unless there is a power outage or malfunctioning phoneline, it is totally unexcusable why a business does not answer a phone. Yes service the customers physically there, but customers or potential customers calling are equally important too.
You ever been to the store? its a line out the door from open to close. I wouldn't answer the phone either. Too busy.
