Do you need a military ID to enter onto the Depot? Also, are there any hotels or places of accommodation?

Yes you need a valid military id and there are cabin rentals from the mwr on post but they are always booked up

Yes you need an I'D as for accommodations, on post, I don't think so - nearby there are some places to stay.
