Is this place based on income? And is it pet friendly?? I am looking for an apartment and I have 2 dogs. They are both small min pin chiwawa mix. It's just me and my dogs.

Yes we are income base housing. We only allow companion/service animals. If you have a doctor note stating the pet is needed for medical/health reason then yes it would be allowed.
