Why can I not place an order for 8 people with credit card in hand ready to pay? I have a group that is under an extreme time crunch that we are trying to order prior to their arrival and am being told “we cannot do that”.

Wow. Great comment. Most restaurants allow you to order food over the phone to pickup. They don't have to be fast food places. Obviously these other people are making dumb comments. It must be the policy of Taggarts to not take phone orders. That's the only reason I could imagine.

Taggart's isn't a fast-food restaurant I recommend trying McDonald's next time, Jerry.

Taggart’s Grill does do take out orders by phone. I believe the original post was referring to a situation in which the customer wanted to place the order for dine in before arriving at the restaurant, which isn’t possible since we don’t accept reservations and there’s no way to guarantee table availability when the group arrives.

They are a small business with a small staff but they get your order really quick a d it is always very good

They are a small restaurant and evertime I have eaten there they were busy. They don't have a large staff. I can't hold large phone orders against them.
