Generally it is 11pm unless an artist makes special arrangements like the Govt Mule New Years show.. I believe the 11pm end of show deadline is related to Union work rules.
I agree with the other gents...11pm is the usual closing. 9-11pm.
Concerts are usually over by 11 PM. I guess because people must either travel, or sleep and or be relatively sober when driving.
