Depends on show, what time does it "actually" start, is there an opener. You can sometimes get info on setlist.fm for the performer and estimate. It's a Union shop theatre so figure it's over before 11 regardless. No one wants to pay overtime
Usually shows last about 2 to 3 hours depending on what show it is.
