Just bought tickets for orchestra row U and it indicates on the ticket obstructed view. How are tickets in the center orchestra obstructed?

Not sure. May be a column under the balcony. For me, the best seats in the house is Lodge row A right center or same in balcony.

Been some time since I sat in the orchestra, but IIRC, the only obstruction on that level is the equipment and seating for sound and lighting equipment. That equipment is not tall, but enough to block your view. You would be able to see over it by standing; if you're close to either end, you can look around it by craning your neck. There are no building obstructions, such as pillars or beams. The theater is open to the walls.
