Is This A Good Place To Live I See A lot Of Negative Comments I’m Asking Bc A New Company Took over

No sweetie DO NOT MOVE THERE. I'm just moving out she couldn't WAIT to leave. They don't fix anything, sewage doesn't work properly, everything id falling apart & mold is EVERYWHERE. Corporate is immature and doesn't respond. There's no more renovations fyi just old apartments that MAY get a touch up by one man if he feels like it.

I love the size of the apartment. The upgrades are nice, I don't like that the apartment doesn't have washer and dryer connections. The laundry room and pool has not been open since I moved there in May. It's been pretty quite in the complex. It's been a starter place for me I'm rebuilding. I'm happy with it for now. I plan to move when my lease is up.
