They always want to put a notice on your door about some sort of fine about this or that yet the NEVER EVER handle maintanace issues. The front office phone never works so you have to take time out of your day to see the same people who do nothing

FYI there isn't any corporate office..... I'm calling right now and the line is busy ...... But they're closed for the holiday..... Smh..... Don't look for rent to be on time.....

Read the reviews in Texas for S2 Capital (the corporate office, which is based out of TX). That'll tell you how much you should (not) expect them to do something. They don't even have live representatives to answer when you call. There is a culture of not responding & not caring on the corporate & local levels.

My suggestion would be to contact their corporate office and let them know that your maintenance issues are nit being handle in a timely mannor
