Dogs are allowed at the beach level bar. No dogs are allowed in the restaurant area.
I have never seen dogs in the dinning area.
Not completely sure, however this is what I have seen. There are two levels to the Whales Tail. I have seen dogs on the beach level while people wait for there drinks. I have never seen dogs on the main eating level.
