Are the Bagels boiled prior to baking? If not they are really not a bagel, but in fact a roll with a hole in it.

No John, but your lack of faith in a company that prides itself on making the best bagels around the proper way, and voted into that category by people like you... well, maybe not people like you.!!?! Call your local Einstein's Bagels shop and ask them yourself, that is if you really want to know, unless you're simply trying to troll thier shops.??!? 😎

Actually they are boiled and then flash frozen and come in a box where we slack them out to thaw they proof them to about 85-95 degrees then baked them at 500 degrees in the oven
