My question & annoyance is with their closing time on the weekend. They seem to have to deploy a closing procedure complete with multiple closing time countdown announcements starting an hour before the actual closing time and reoccurring every ten minutes. The announcements are comprised of pre-recorded versions, individual PA announcements, as well as walk-through announcements- all often providing conflicting or inaccurate time left to closing. At some point the music and lights go out as part of the scheme. If all that effort is required to close the gym, one would think that the closing is scheduled for too early. But I guess LA Fitness prefers to be wilfully blind to that
You can actually speak to the club directly and make sure you speak to someone in charge and not the front desk. I'm only a member, but I'm sure someone will be able to help you.
