Helpful customer service, have called few times and issue has been resolved promptly. Billing is very reasonable considering what Liberty/American water charge for other districts.

Monday morning 8/24/2020, Spoke to Caroline with customer service. Helpful, but as I suspected work was given to private contractor. wawnc will contact them once they have received their invoice for work done. To be continued. 3 stars for information provided.
