Super easy location to find. Plenty of parking. I was greeted and was taken care of right away. The staff is extremely professional, friendly and quick. I was literally in and out with in 10 mins. I went there for blood testing. I highly recommend this facility for any sort of blood testing. I rate it 10/10 .

Northwell labs has screwed up everything from doing the wrong test to billing the wrong insurance. I gave it one star, but for the time it's taken me (and my doctor's office) to try to fix it, I should give zero stars. And then the rep on the phone was just so weird and blasé about it, saying "your insurance hasn't been paying us so you're responsible for the whole thing."

You should really connect with your insurance company or health and human services of ny. Northwell has home draw visits but must first be scheduled through your doctor
