Rent for a one bedroom is approximately $925.00 per month. If you can afford that with SS, pensions and/or other means you can skip the waiting list. The front office is amazing and will work with you to accommodate.
You have to be 62 years or older and get your name on the waiting list which has a wait of several years if they are accepting new names which for a while they weren't because the list was full. Good luck to you
